g., football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, track & field, cross country, baseball, and softball). Instructional Ability: Ability to break down fundamental athletic skills and effectively teach technique, form, and game strategy to young/beginner athletes. Practice Planning: Skill in organizing, structuring, and running safe, engaging practice sessions for middle school teams.
