Free employee meals when the kitchen is open Free golf Discount on merchandise in golf shop Employee appreciation events Employee recognition Sick leave Room for advancement into full-time year-round with Benefits Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages Greet members and guests entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations Record dining & special event reservations Coordinate general maintenance requests/concerns Ensure lamps in Clubhouse are on and all décor seems to be in place Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization Take to-go orders Tidy and maintain the reception area Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
