Human Resource and/Admin

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR/Admin Officer to manage human resources functions and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth running of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

1. Assist in recruitment - posting jobs, shortlisting CVs, scheduling interviews.
2. Manage onboarding and offboarding of staff (NYSC inclusive).
3. Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR database.
4. Monitor staff attendance, leave, and punctuality.
5. Assist in organizing staff training and performance appraisal.
6. Handle staff welfare and act as a bridge between management and employees.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Administration:
8. Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and facility management.
9. Manage correspondence, filing system, and documentation.
10. Prepare reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
11. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
12. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
13. Manage office budget and petty cash where required.

Requirements

B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Admin, Industrial Relations or related field. - 1-3years experience in HR/Admin (NYSC experience is acceptable)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
