Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Design Validation Project Manager to lead validation projects for ADAS, IVI, and Aggregator systems for leading European automotive manufacturers. This role ensures the integrity of validation plans and schedules while maintaining effective communication with third-party laboratories and customers to guarantee smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1.Understand and analyze validation requirements and technical specifications of leading European automotive manufacturers. 2.Develop validation plans, project schedules, and cost estimations to ensure timely and successful project completion. 3.Collaborate with EU third-party laboratories (environmental and EMC testing), troubleshoot validation issues, and resolve project obstacles. 4.Provide regular project progress reports to customers. 5.Maintain close communication with customers’ validation contacts to ensure full compliance with requirements. 6.Coordinate necessary validation resources and external services to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
要求 / Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Systems, or related fields. 2.Familiarity with ADAS, IVI, and Aggregator system architecture and validation processes. 3.Proven experience in project management and validation planning. 4.Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. 5.Proficiency in English for effective communication with international clients.
