Enterprise Architecture CoE – Principal Architect

This is a remote position.

Overview

We are seeking a Principal Architect to provide enterprise architecture leadership through the Architecture CoE, define technology strategy, establish architecture standards, and drive modernization and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise architecture strategy, principles, standards, and reference architectures . Develop target-state architectures and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Lead architecture governance across application, data, integration, cloud, and technology domains . Assess current-state architecture, technical debt, risks, and modernization opportunities.

Partner with business and technology leadership on strategic technology decisions. Drive adoption of reusable architecture patterns and best practices across teams. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to senior/CXO leadership. Mentor architects and strengthen Enterprise Architecture CoE capabilities.

Requirements

Required Skills 15+ years of Enterprise/Solution/Technology Architecture experience. Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and Architecture CoE environments. Expertise across Cloud, Application, Data, Integration, APIs, and Modern Architecture . Experience with architecture governance, modernization, and technology roadmaps.

Strong executive communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. TOGAF/Archi. Mate or similar certification preferred. Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is a plus. Primary Skills: Enterprise Architecture, Architecture CoE, Technology Strategy, Cloud Architecture, Application Architecture, Data & Integration Architecture, Architecture Governance, Modernization, Technology Roadmaps.
