Activity Security Representative I

Location: Lorton, VA Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI [Required] Must be able to obtain a CI poly Job Type: Full-Time Target Salary Range*: $79,000 - $80,000 *This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary Position Overview Provide multi-discipline security support to a customer�s facility and organization, including day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

Key Responsibilities

Classified Material and Document Control Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence. Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence. Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records. Destroy classified materials and provide classified reproduction support.

Process magnetic media for accountability. Maintain daily administrative logs associated with document control. Assist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files. Transfer electronic data files to internal customers. Facility Access and Visitor Control Maintain an extensive customer point-of-contact database.

Assist in researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices. Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs. Assist in preparing facility access control badges. Conduct entry and exit inspections. Assist in maintaining facility access control entry systems, including visitor control.

Personnel Security Administration Enter data into the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer-sponsored billets and quota information. Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element. Security Compliance and Administrative Support Follow and enforce the customer�s Standard Operating Procedures.

Support security awareness and education programs. Perform miscellaneous administrative support as directed by the contractor site lead or Senior Security Representative.

Qualifications

Experience 0�2 years of related experience. [Required] Experience equivalencies provided in the source: A bachelor�s degree counts as 4 years of experience. An associate�s degree in a related area counts as 2 years of experience. Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts as 1 year of experience. Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts as 1 year of experience.

Each separate SPED certification counts as 1 year of experience, up to a maximum of 3 years. Clearance TS/SCI; must be willing to obtain a CI Poly. [Required] Preferred Qualifications Education Bachelor�s degree. Experience SAP experience.
