Reservation Specialist

POSITION TITLE: Reservation Specialist SUPERVISOR: Reservation Manager As a Reservation Specialist, you will provide outstanding customer service to Juut’s guests. You will work both independently and as part of a team to accurately and efficiently manage reservation requests via phone, text, or email, ensuring a positive, uplifting experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Serve as the primary source of contact for JUUT guests.
• Answer incoming calls and texts, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
• Schedule appointments with proper artist or therapist through matchmaking, seeking to find and meet the guest’s hair, skin, and body care needs. Introduce them to service offerings at Juut, and offer add-on appointments as appropriate for their needs.
• Capture guest data completely and accurately.
• Offer openings as they occur to guests on the cancellation list.
• Communicate with salon locations regarding daily scheduling needs in Slack; maintain professionalism and accuracy in communication with salons.
• Understand the artists at the salon, including services provided, specialties, and experience level to schedule appointments appropriately.
• Reschedule appointments in the computer system as necessary.
• Utilize smart booking to maximize the number of client requests we can meet.
• Keep all shared workspaces tidy and organized.
• Attend all training, education, and meetings/huddles as required. Daymaking
• Stay up-to-date on current promotions and in-salon updates.
• Remain professional in demeanor, communication across all channels, and dress (including following proper dress code and appearance guidelines when in-person/onsite).
• Perform additional duties as directed to support the success of the whole.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Intermediate computer skills, with ability to type 50+ wpm and maintain accuracy
• Some exposure to salon, cosmetics, hospitality, or retail business preferred
• Availability must align with salon schedules – nights and weekends required
• Must work a minimum of one 3-hour shift per pay cycle to maintain active employment Working Conditions Office/call center environment; work from home
