The Sales Associate role plays a key role in advancing Goodwill's mission by providing world-class service to customers and donors while helping transform donated goods into resources that support employment, training, and community programs. This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards throughout the donation processing area and retail sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly sorted, prepared, displayed, and presented for sale.
