Sr. Account Services Representative

Responsible for processing work requests through mail and e-mail channels. The incumbent serves as a primary point of contact for processing deceased accounts, certificates, IRAs, and trust accounts. Leads tax reporting testing and validation. Resources to do the job require reliance on knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.

Immediate supervision is received from the Supervisor of Account Services.
