**Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Cleveland, Ga Assignment Number: 124 ** Schedule: MonWedFri 8:00am- 5:00pm, Rotating weekends SatSun 8:00am- 5:00pm Pay: $40/hr per hour Job Type: Full time Benefits: Health insurance + additional benefits

CSA Homecareis seeking compassionate and skilledLicensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)to provide one-on-one care for ahigh-acuity veteranin theLithionia area. This is a****long-term care position supporting a IDD client who requiresTotal personal care****, and dedicated clinical attention.

We are hiring and looking for LPNs available to work 30+ hours/week.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care for a high-acuity veteran in a homecare setting

• Hoyer Lift

Perform total personal care and maintenance

Document care provided and communicate with the care team

Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia

Experience working with IDD clients

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional
