We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end internal recruitment for Prime. Staffer International. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for both white-collar and blue-collar requirements. The position requires handling high-volume hiring, especially for GCC and UAE markets, while meeting monthly onboarding targets and maintaining recruitment data in ATS.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in overseas recruitment or GCC market is an added advantage
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with ATS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet recruitment targets
- Organized, KPI-driven, and detail-oriented
