Use lived experience to encourage hope, recovery, and resilience. Assist clients in developing coping skills, wellness strategies, and recovery goals. Facilitate peer-led recovery and support groups. Support individuals in achieving goals related to housing, employment, education, and community integration. Assist with the development and implementation of person-centered treatment plans.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborative care planning. Advocate for individuals receiving services and support their self-determination. Help clients prepare for recovery planning meetings and communicate their needs and preferences. Educate team members on recovery-oriented care and peer support principles.
Conduct outreach and provide ongoing engagement and support. Provide crisis intervention services as scheduled. Assist with assessments, wellness plans, and recovery-focused documentation.
