Credentialing Coordinator - USFHP

The Credentialing Coordinator is accountable for data collection, organization and submission of enrollment applications required by health plans, hospitals and governmental and other regulatory agencies. Works closely with individual practitioners, clinic leadership, Medical Staff, Provider Relations, Human Resources, physician billing office and Epic analysts to facilitate timely payor enrollment for new practitioners and re-enrollment for established practitioners.

Required Qualifications: Key experience highlights must include: Organizational and communication skills (written, presentation, listening, and oral); Evidence of ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks of medium complexity; Takes initiative and works independently with minimal guidance.
