The Pathway of Hope (POH) is a Salvation Army initiative offering strengths-based case management to families seeking to break the cycle of poverty and achieve long-term stability. The Social Services Coordinator plays a key role in leading social service and POH efforts at the Tri-Cities Corps by assessing client needs, developing individualized action plans, and connecting families to housing, health, financial, and emotional resources.

Using motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care, the Social Services Coordinator works closely with corps staff and community partners to build strong support networks and promote self-sufficiency.
