Pella Windows & Doors is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Lubbock team! In this role, you'll help ensure our high-quality windows and doors are received, handled, stored, and delivered safely and accurately.

What You'll Do

Safely load, unload, stage, and transport windows, doors, and related products. Operate company box trucks to assist with deliveries to customers and jobsites. Inspect incoming and outgoing products for accuracy, quality, and damage. Verify shipments against delivery and inventory documentation. Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.

Properly secure products for safe transportation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Operate warehouse equipment after completing required training. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members. Follow all company safety procedures and product-handling standards. Support daily warehouse and delivery operations as business needs change.

What We're Looking For

Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license appropriate for operating company vehicles. Acceptable driving record (MVR) that meets company and insurance requirements. Sufficient licensed driving history to meet commercial automobile insurance requirements. Ability to safely operate a box truck after completing required training and qualifications.

Ability to perform the essential physical responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, or material-handling experience. Experience operating box trucks. Familiarity with windows, doors, building materials, or other large and fragile products. Basic computer, inventory, or scanning system experience. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position requiring regular movement and material handling.

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently. Ability to handle materials exceeding 50 pounds using team lifting or approved equipment. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying. Ability to safely maneuver large, bulky, or fragile materials. Ability to work in warehouse, delivery, and construction jobsite environments.
