Regional Recruiting Manager 📍 Onsite | Mechanicsburg. PA Looking for an opportunity to lead a recruiting team, shape hiring strategies, and make a direct impact on business growth? West Shore Home is hiring a Regional Recruiting Manager to lead specialized recruiting efforts for our 40+ branches. In this role, you’ll oversee recruiting for leadership, operational, and specialized positions while partnering with regional and branch leaders to support business needs, new market launches, and acquisitions.

This is a leadership role focused on recruiting strategy, team development, talent pipeline growth, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What You’ll Do Lead recruiting efforts for critical leadership, operational, and specialized positions across 7 regions Develop recruiting strategies to support new market launches, acquisitions, and unique workforce needs Partner with regional and branch leadership to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and address recruiting challenges Manage, coach, and develop Senior Recruiters through performance management, training, and ongoing skill development Establish recruiting priorities, timelines, and accountability to ensure critical positions are filled efficiently Monitor recruiting performance, hiring timelines, candidate quality, and pipeline health to identify opportunities for improvement Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill leadership and operational positions Provide hands-on recruiting support and guidance for challenging, high-priority searches Continuously improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and candidate acquisition practices What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience recruiting for leadership positions 2+ years of experience leading a recruiting team Proven track record of developing talent and successfully filling leadership roles within established timelines Strong recruiting strategy, sourcing, and relationship-building skills Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accountability for results Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred Demonstrated alignment with West Shore Home’s core values and leadership philosophy Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Employee discounts and referral program Career growth opportunities About West Shore Home At West Shore Home, we’re redefining the home remodeling experience.
