Industrial Design TA Specialist 工业设计TA专家

1. Oversee the creative direction and quality control of 3D assets for architecture, spatial design and industrial product sectors, covering the full workflow from conceptual design to deliverable-ready assets.
2. Generate base models efficiently via AI tools including Tripo, followed by professional refinement: hard-surface modeling, topology optimization and CMF (Color, Material, Finish) design.
3. Ensure manufacturability and practical implementability of assets; coordinate with physical production workflows such as 3D printing, cultural & tourism physical merchandise, and product prototype fabrication.
4. Serve large B-end enterprise projects, liaise with brand owners, IP holders and cultural tourism operators, and deliver assets compliant with commercial and manufacturing standards.
5. Act as the team’s quality benchmark: establish unified modeling specifications and asset standards, and supervise high-quality, pipeline-compatible aesthetic output for all deliverables.

1. Bachelor’s background in Industrial Design, Architecture, Product Design, Environmental Art or related majors, with minimum 5 years of senior industry experience.
2. Master at least one mainstream modeling & industrial design software, including Blender, C4D, Rhino, 3ds Max, Maya, Keyshot, SolidWorks, etc.
3. Solid expertise in hard-surface modeling, topology optimization, CMF design and rendering; able to deliver commercial-grade assets with premium texture and intricate details.
4. Proven track record of end-to-end delivery for large B2B projects (renowned brands, top IPs, cultural tourism, real estate, automotive, consumer electronics, etc.). Portfolio submission is mandatory.
5. Thorough understanding of 3D printing and manufacturing process limitations; capable of creating assets that can be reliably produced as physical objects.
6. Proactive adopter of AI tools, able to integrate AI-generated assets into daily production workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AIGC 3D tools such as Tripo
• Practical experience in architecture implementation, mass industrial production, supply chain management or prototype sampling
• Ability to write automated scripts or plugins (Technical Artist background preferred)

加分项： 有 AIGC 3D（Tripo 等）实际使用经验。 有建筑行业落地项目/工业量产/供应链或打样经验。 能写自动化脚本或插件（偏 TD 属性）。
