Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is currently hiring experienced Facility Cooksforjuvenile residential facilitieslocated in theBronx, NYC. We are seeking dependable and professional individuals with institutional or commercial cooking experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high food safety standards.

Pay Rate: $26.90 per hour Weekly Pay Immediate Openings Available Full-Time, Flexible, & Per Diem Positions Available

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to approved recipes and dietary guidelines
• Ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule, including breakfasts and packed lunches
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and properly
• Supervise and assist kitchen helpers and support staff as needed
• Monitor food inventory and complete production logs/documentation
• Follow all NYC food safety and health regulations
• Support meal service operations within the facility environment

Qualifications:

• Valid NYC Food Protection Certificate(Required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of commercial, institutional, or facility cooking experience
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
• Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed
• Experience in residential, juvenile, shelter, healthcare, or community-based facilities preferred
