1. PRT English Teacher Profile Role Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic PRT English Teacher to foster a love for language and literature among primary school students. Key Responsibilities

Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver interactive English lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, phonics, and creative writing. Skill Development: Enhance students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills through engaging activities, storytelling, and role-play. Assessment & Support: Monitor student progress, grade assignments regularly, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment suited for young learners. Parent Communication: Conduct regular discussions with parents regarding student progress and behavioral development.

Requirements

& Qualifications: Qualification: Graduate with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (Specialization in English is preferred). Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience teaching English at the primary level (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply). Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, patience, creativity, and tech-savvy teaching abilities. 2. Mother Teacher Profile Role Summary: We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to handle kindergarten or early primary classes. The role involves acting as a surrogate mother figure to help young children smoothly transition from home to school, taking care of their basic learning, emotional, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities

Early Childhood Education: Teach foundational concepts (alphabets, numbers, rhymes, colors, shapes) through play-way methods, art, and craft. Nurturing Environment: Provide a safe, warm, and secure environment where young children feel comfortable expressing themselves. Basic Care & Discipline: Guide students with daily routines, personal hygiene, good manners, and basic classroom etiquette.
