Instructional Assistant (IA) – Cyber Charter School (In-Home Support) Philadelphia, PA | In-Home | $24–$25/hour Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students in their homes. Support cyber charter school instruction and help students stay engaged with learning. Assist students in meeting academic and IEP-related goals.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher required. Experience working with children, special education, or behavioral support required. Reliable transportation required for in-home travel. Required Clearances: FBI Fingerprints PA Criminal Background Check Child Abuse Clearance Mandated Reporter Training TB test results Schedule: Monday–Friday
