Join our team at Albert's Didsbury as our new Night Kitchen Porter What will you get up to? Ensure the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised at the end of each shift, following established cleaning protocols.

Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring they are ready for use during the next service. Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, including stovetops, ovens, grills, and prep stations. Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed to prevent overflow and maintain a hygienic environment. Sweep and mop floors to eliminate spills and debris, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Support the closing procedures of the kitchen, including covering and storing food items properly. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
