Our role is simply to respond to inquiries, provide clarity, and offer meaningful support.Your Role. As a Benefits Representative, you will help working families better understand their coverage options and make informed decisions.

This is a service-focused position built around communication and relationship-building.Your responsibilities will include:• Confirming and managing appointments with members who have requested benefit information• Hosting virtual consultations via phone or Zoom to review available options• Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions• Maintaining ongoing communication and follow-up support• Completing a structured training program designed for long-term success• Setting and achieving performance goals with a clear path toward leadership opportunities.

This role centers on education and guidance — not aggressive sales. Your focus is to inform, answer questions, and help clients feel confident in their decisions.What We’re Looking For. Ideal candidates demonstrate:• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Comfort using computers and online platforms• Self-motivation and personal discipline• Strong organizational and time-management skills• A positive, professional attitude and openness to coaching.
