HRIS Analyst
Job description
This position is responsible for day-to-day administration of CCC’s Human Resources systems. This includes data management, system testing, reporting, compliance, data integrity, advanced analytics and HR dashboard creations. The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in ensuring HR systems effectively meet the operational and strategic needs of CCC through process optimization, system configuration, reporting, and data analysis.
