Lead II - Enterprise Solutions (ServiceNow CMDB Developer)

Job Title ServiceNow CMDB Developer Experience 7+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, Service Mapping, CSDM, and IRE . Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CMDB architecture, CI classes, attributes, and relationships . Hands-on experience with CMDB Health, Data Governance, Reconciliation Rules, and Data Manager .

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies . Experience developing Flow Designer solutions, workflows, Scheduled Jobs, and automations . Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps . Expertise in Discovery configuration, MID Server management, credential management, and Discovery Patterns .

Experience configuring Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Identification Rules, and Reconciliation Rules . Ability to troubleshoot duplicate CI issues, CMDB data quality issues, ECC Queue, and MID Server issues . Experience integrating CMDB with enterprise platforms such as SCCM/MECM, VMware, AWS, Azure, SolarWinds, and Asset Management tools .

Good to Have Skills ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM. Experience with Event Management module. Exposure to platform upgrades, testing activities, and root cause analysis . Experience in enterprise-scale CMDB governance and compliance initiatives.
