Test Technician

FLSA: Salaried Non-Exempt Summary The Test Technician will be hands on, supporting production by completing test operations as defined by released engineering. This position will work closely with the Quality and Production team to identify functional problems and develop solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performing electrical testing for VSWR, Insertion Loss, Phase, Time Delay, Capacitance Performing standard Network Analyzer Calibration as needed Performing In-Process and Final Testing Trouble-shoot production hardware electrical problems Create Test Data sheets Manage Test Data Support Production as needed (Creating Cable Harness Method Sheets, Assemble Harnesses) Qualifications/Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent education Previous work history in electro-mechanical testing and manufacturing (RF and/or microwave experience required) Familiarity with network analyzers Experience in wire/cable harness manufacturing.
