HR Generalist

Role Purpose : Responsible for on-ground operations, including managing attendance, handling workers’ issues, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the factory.

Key Responsibilities

1- Supervise Recruitment, Personnel & Payroll activities. 2- Support manpower planning and recruitment. 3- Handle employee relations and HR operations. 4- Ensure compliance with Labor Law & Social Insurance. 5- Support performance management and employee engagement. 6- Monitor HR KPIs and support the HR team.

Requirements

1- 5–7 years of HR experience. 2- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Personnel, Payroll & HR Operations. 3- Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law. 4- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills. 5- Industrial/manufacturing experience is preferred. 📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan City Qualification : Technical Skills:
