Manage completely the operational aspects to ensure a smooth order-to-cash process for Key accounts and affiliates that might require support Lead and oversee Key Account claim resolution, ensuring Contact center is able to resolve all claims Monitor performance of order-to-cash operations with Key Accounts Collaborate with ISDIN internal teams to ensure excellent operational and commercial processes Conduct training for Key Account Care colleagues in subsidiaries Are you the one we are waiting for?
