Manager, Operational Excellence & Quality Management / Gestionnaire de la gestion de la qualité et de l’excellence opérationnelle

The Manager, Operational Excellence and Quality Management, will play a key role in the ongoing operational excellence and quality management efforts of Bio. Script Solutions and will report to the Director, Quality & Pharmacovigilance. A business process management approach will be utilized to develop and improve our process-based Quality Management System to align the processes, policies and resources required to promote our Putting Patients First culture and to continuously improve our ability to achieve our key performance indicators.

This individual will oversee the day-to-day activities of our operational excellence and quality management team and may also provide assistance and guidance to our compliance team as required.
