Stack!Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour*What you'll be doing as a Team Leader:Oversee staffing operations and assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Check associates in and out at the beginning and end of shifts.

Record and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records. Provide support to associates and address operational needs as they arise. Available shifts:Shift Timings - 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night), Weekends. Job requirements:Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People.

Ready. Strong leadership and multitasking abilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous customer service and supervisory experience preferred. Ability to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Reliable transportation required. Ability to manage and lead a team of 5 to 15 employees per shift.

Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor. Knowledge of quality standards in an automotive environment preferred. Understanding of measurement units and tolerances, with the ability to train others. Ability to read, write, and speak English. High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email software.
