Essential Functions

and Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, benefits, technology, and financing options. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives. Develop and maintain relationships with customers before and after the sale. Follow up on dealership leads through phone, email, text, and in-person communication.

Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain accurate customer records within dealership CRM systems. Stay informed regarding Kia products, incentives, promotions, and financing programs. Collaborate with management and finance personnel to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Participate in dealership training programs and sales meetings.

Qualifications

Required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and dealership business hours. Basic computer proficiency. Preferred Previous automotive sales experience. Retail sales or customer service experience.

Experience using CRM software. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Schedule Full-time position with availability during dealership operating hours, including evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to operate motor vehicles safely. Ability to use computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Connecticut Compensation Disclosure In accordance with Connecticut law, the expected compensation range for this position is $40,000 to $65,000+ annually.
