Reporting to the Development Director, you will be part of the Quality Verification (QV) team that helps deliver and protect the revenue for EA SPORTS FC. You will act as a feature owner and subject matter expert for a key team deliverable, enhancing the content curation experience by integrating new technologies and driving test automation as well as process improvements within the Live Curation-Content QV operations.
Your Responsibilities
Own a specific live feature and act as the subject matter expert for its content type, driving end-to-end communication and coordination with Partner teams. This includes: Applying deep domain expertise to guide testing procedures, end-to-end plans, and product lifecycle dependencies. Planning complex test and process activities for live campaigns, managing broad dependencies and risks based on defined qualitative strategies.
Designing and executing advanced manual and automated test suites that provide extensive coverage across your areas of responsibility. Interpreting product-level data and adapting existing metrics or KPIs to continuously raise quality requirements. Building advanced, accurate reports leveraging multiple data sources to deliver targeted insights to project stakeholders.
