Strategic Tax Compliance, Advisory & Risk
- Compliance** ** with all statutory tax obligations across direct, employment and indirect taxes globally.
- Managing and strengthening our tax risk and controls framework, providing proactive, early-stage visibility of tax risks and opportunities to the CFO, Deputy CFO, and Audit Committee.
- Deliver commercial tax advice to the Executive team on new business areas, new locations, and other transactions.
- Own key external relationships, including with HMRC and international tax authorities and manage advisor relationships where appropriate.
- Oversee transfer pricing and international tax strategies arising from Ocado Solutions' international business model.
- Tax optimisation planning and horizon scanning to ensure clear decision making to utilise tax attributes in the group
