Maintenance and Reliability Engineer

The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing technical downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through the development, implementation, and management of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. This position partners closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to identify and eliminate chronic equipment failures, optimize maintenance strategies, support capital projects, and improve overall manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in equipment reliability, root cause analysis, and maintenance best practices while helping ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of manufacturing assets.
