HR Adviser

Barnes Aerospace are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Adviser to join our team and provide a high-quality, people-focused HR service across the business. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will work closely with managers and employees to support the full employee lifecycle, offer practical advice on employee relations matters, and help deliver people initiatives that support a positive, high-performing workplace.

This role requires travel between our sites in Scotland and the North of England. You must be willing and able to travel as required to support business needs.
