Faculty Positions in Electrical and Computer Engineering

The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) program in the Computer, Electrical, and Mathematical Sciences and Engineering Division ( https://cemse.kaust.edu.sa ) at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) invites applications for faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor (exceptional candidates at the Associate Professor level may be considered).

Priority will be given to candidates in the areas of Power Electronics and Power Systems, Robotics and Autonomous Systems, and Digital Integrated Circuits. The ECE program ( https://ece.kaust.edu.sa ) serves as the foundational technological engine for KAUST’s mission-driven strategy, advancing breakthroughs in physical AI, communication, microelectronics, and photonics to solve critical challenges across energy, water, food security, health, and marine environments for the Kingdom and the world.

We are particularly interested in candidates with educational backgrounds from distinguished institutions of higher learning or those who have previously contributed to such institutions. Ideal candidates will possess a Ph.D. degree in a topic related to this call, exceptional research potential, the ability to attract external research funding, and a strong dedication to teaching.
