Manager On Duty

Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Manager on Duty (MOD) is responsible for overseeing the guest experience on the casino floor at Muckleshoot Casino Resort. The MOD will manage all aspects of casino floor operations, ensuring that management-level team members are held accountable for their impact on the guest experience, including guest safety.

Acting on behalf of casino leadership in their absence, the MOD drives operational efficiencies and ensures compliance with Muckleshoot Casino Resort's standards. The MOD should have a heightened awareness of the casino floor experience. They should be exceptional at resolving guest concerns, enforcing the highest service standards, and possessing an in-depth understanding of the casino and resort operation
