Bar & Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu and food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled dishes, such as burgers, steaks, chicken, and seafood
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
• Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
• Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations Skills:
• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Familiarity with menu planning and recipe creation
• Strong understanding of food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent knife skills for food preparation
