Your Role

Lead SAP PP (Production Planning) implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects, ensuring alignment with business manufacturing requirements. Design, configure, and optimize SAP PP processes including Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Batch Management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM) to deliver integrated solutions. Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support activities. Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, team mentoring, risk management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP PP and manufacturing business processes. Extensive hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration, MRP planning, production execution, BOMs, routings, work centers, and capacity planning. Proven experience in end-to-end SAP ECC implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.

Strong integration experience with SAP MM, SD, QM, PM, and Warehouse Management modules. Demonstrated leadership in managing client relationships, leading consulting teams, driving solution architecture, and delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.
