Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator (100% Remote)

The Senior AR Specialist will manage a high-volume portfolio of 500+ customer accounts, including national accounts with hundreds of locations nationwide. This role is responsible for reviewing AR aging, driving collections activities, resolving billing and payment issues, applying remittances, and partnering with internal teams to remove barriers to payment.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial/B2B collections experience, advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), and ERP experience (Lawson, Oracle, SAP). Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and relationship-building skills while managing more than $2M in past-due receivables.
