Construction Supervisor

Analyze and supervise on-site project execution to ensure all work aligns strictly with technical specifications. Evaluate and provide strategic input on execution methods proposed by contractors. Monitor and ensure that field operations are delivered within budget and on schedule. Guarantee that all deliverables meet required standards up until the final project handover.

Coordinate seamlessly with related departments for smooth project transitions and handovers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field. Min. 3 years of experience in the same field. Proficient in Project Administration and knowledgeable in civil engineering regulations. Strong planning & organizing, excellent communication, customer-focused, and proven problem-solving abilities.
