Description Hillsboro, OR | Full-Time | $22.00–$25.00/hour + $200 After-Hours Bonus Love Helping Customers? We Want You! Jubitz Fleet Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making customers feel valued. You’ll be a key contact for our business-to-business customers, providing support by phone and email, resolving issues, answering questions, and helping deliver a World Class Customer Experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone and email Support current and potential Fleet Services customers Resolve customer questions and issues Work with internal teams to find solutions Handle multiple priorities and deadlines Communicate products, services, pricing, and account information Find win/win solutions for customers and Jubitz NO COLD CALLING!

S CHEDULE : Monday–Friday | In-Person | Hillsboro Participate in our After-Hours Phone Rotation approximately 1 week per month (includes weekends), averaging 10–12 calls per week. $200 bonus for your after-hours rotation!
