Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this full-time, on-site role develops new business, expands key accounts, leads the sales process from prospecting through contract, and partners with resort teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Grow total resort revenue by strategically upselling guest rooms, food and beverage, spa services, wellness programming, and resort amenities. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Catering, and Operations to execute sales initiatives, ensure seamless handoffs, and deliver exceptional events and guest experiences.
Oversee booked business from contract through execution, maintaining accurate documentation, banquet event orders, billing details, and timely client communication. Represent Vinarosa Resort & Spa at trade shows, networking events, sales missions, destination marketing activities, and professional organizations to strengthen awareness and generate qualified leads.
Track market trends and competitive activity, and maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reporting, account activity, and CRM records to support strategy and goal attainment. Participate in sales, revenue, marketing, and leadership meetings; serve as a polished brand ambassador; and complete additional duties or special projects assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Communication – Communicates clearly and professionally in writing, presentations, negotiations, meetings, and client interactions; listens actively and adapts the message to the audience.
Adaptability & Change Leadership – Responds positively to evolving priorities, communicates change effectively, and helps others remain focused and productive through transitions. Professionalism & Accountability – Maintains poise, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail while taking responsibility for actions and consistently representing the resort’s luxury standards.
