Job Details: Salary Range: $21.00Hourly, Job description Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm $21.00 per hour *MUST BE BILINGUAL Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient processes are in place.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff
• Coordinate and prioritize activities to meet operational needs
• Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures, including OSHA standards
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material handling
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity
• Train and mentor warehouse employees on best practices
• Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment as needed Qualifications:
• Proven experience in team management within a warehouse setting
• Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, E-commerce platforms, and inventory control
• Knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices
• Ability to drive process improvement initiatives
