• Part Time ? Trinity Rehab – Outpatient Setting Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a FT/Part Time basis in Cary, NC within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.

Position Overview

The Speech Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy team members Provide education to patients and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines Why Join Trinity Rehab?
