Customer Impact Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the revenue team at an industrial AI company, owning complex customer projects from planning through delivery. You will help manufacturing organizations apply AI to their operations, while bringing customer insights into product decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and coordinate customer integrations across industries, working directly with clients on complex projects.
• Understand manufacturing operations and translate customer challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Build strategic relationships with stakeholders across industrial organizations, from shop-floor teams to executives.
• Share customer insights that inform product development and business direction.
• Partner with customers on autonomous manufacturing initiatives and take ownership of project outcomes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, data science, management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in automotive, technology, manufacturing, or consulting.
• Solid knowledge of data science and AI applications in industrial settings.
• Experience working directly with major clients, managing complex projects, and translating operational needs into scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
• A strategic, analytical approach, with initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
• Business fluency in German and English.

& BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Germany. Candidates should be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
