Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong Service. Now experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead business analysis efforts for Service. Now implementations, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the business analysis function for Service. Now projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or other Service. Now modules Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers and other stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for Service.

Now solutions Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus Develop user stories, process flows and use cases to support solution design and development Oversee the configuration and customization of Service. Now modules to meet business objectives Support testing, training and change management activities Provide best practices for Service.

Now implementations Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including excellent knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, process mapping and stakeholder engagement Solid understanding of Service. Now processes, modules and integrations (experience with SNOW in public sector is a plus) Strong understanding of business process analysis and design Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Service.

Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus Experience in consulting or working with global clients is preferred
