House / Residential Manager

Description Oversees daily operations of a residential home for individuals with disabilities, ensuring a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. Provides staff guidance, supports residents’ independence and well-being, and coordinates care, routines, and services. Job Tasks: Execute daily activities with the individuals at home and/ or in the community.

Supporting individuals with their goals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Provide proper supervision to individuals to ensure their health, safety, and well-being. Assist in medications to individuals according to the medication administration record. (MAR) Assist individuals with meal planning, preparation, and daily documentation.

Driving individuals to/from appointments. Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive the necessary training. Ensure the individuals medical and financial needs are met. Conduct house meetings and attend manager meetings.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have 3+ years working in Social Services. Must be able to have a flexible schedule. Must have a current/valid UT drivers license as well as a clean driving record. Must have a vehicle with current registration and full coverage insurance. Strong leadership skills. Ability to provide physical care.
