Summary # Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to float between six (6) EHCC locations. #This position is three 12-hour shifts / 36 hours weekly, with a rotating 4-hour shift on Saturday. The Advanced Practice Provider shall provide necessary and appropriate urgent care services, within the scope of the Advanced Practice Provider#s training and experience.

Responsibilities

### #Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care ### #Continuously enhance clinical knowledge ### #Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care ### #Complete documentation, billing, and coding as required by healthcare regulations and standards ### #Attend staff meetings, training, and continuing education as required ### #Ability to treat Urgent Care presentations: (Chest Pain, Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, etc.)
