Event Booth Representative - Contract

Seeking contract Event Booth Representatives for an independent and fun lifestyle and character brand based in Los Angeles. Successful candidates will provide event representation services at trade shows, community events, conferences, and promotional activations. This is a project-based, per-event engagement. Scope of Work: Representing the brand at event booth locations in a professional manner Engaging with attendees using the brand's own communication style and approach Sharing general information about products Distributing marketing materials, samples, or promotional items as appropriate Transporting merchandise, supporting booth setup, organization, and breakdown Organizing inventory in alignment with brand guidelines Operating point-of-sale systems and handling transactions Promoting and selling products, including upselling Collecting attendee information or potential leads in accordance with agreed event goals Responding to general attendee inquiries and directing individuals to appropriate resources Maintaining an organized and presentable booth environment throughout the event Providing a post-event summary of interactions, feedback, and general observations Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and engage with the public Experience providing services at events, in promotions, customer engagement, or similar environments preferred Ability to work in high-traffic environments and remain on-site for the duration of events Maintains a professional presence consistent with client brand expectations Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong planning and documentation abilities.

Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and adapt quickly under pressure. Flexibility: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events. Self-motivated, and able to manage responsibilities independently. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical setup/breakdown of event equipment.
