Marketing Internship

This internship begins on May 17th, 2027 and runs until August 5th, 2027. This role is a full time commitment (37.5 hour work week ) Salary: $18.00/hour Job Description Job Title : Wawa Marketing Internship Program (Summer 2027) Duration : Full Time, May 17, 2027 – August 05, 2027 Location : Media, PA (Onsite 4 days per week) Rate : $18/hr Wawa Internship Program Overview The Wawa Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a collaborative corporate environment, where they work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful business projects, and build skills that support their academic and professional growth.

Throughout the summer, interns participate in professional development and networking opportunities with fellow interns and company leaders. The program culminates in a capstone presentation, where interns showcase key projects, accomplishments, and the impact of their contributions. We are currently seeking three interns to join our Marketing team for Summer 2027.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Wawa's customer experience, media, social media, and brand partnership initiatives. Depending on business needs and team assignments, you may have the opportunity to: Support customer experience, media, and marketing initiatives that enhance engagement across stores and digital channels.

Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors to execute campaigns, research, and strategic projects. Analyze customer, campaign, and performance data to identify insights and support business recommendations. Assist with content planning, social media engagement, partnership activations, and marketing reporting.

Contribute to customer journey mapping, experience research, and strategic initiatives that improve the customer experience. Build presentations, reports, and recommendations that support marketing strategy, brand growth, and business objectives.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Expected graduation date between Spring 2028 and Spring 2030. Ability to work onsite at Wawa Corporate Headquarters in Media, PA, four days per week throughout the internship program. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Previous internship, project, or leadership experience related to Marketing is preferred.
